1. Yoga Instruction - It can include stretching, breath work, and postures taught by a certified Yoga Instructor. And while stretching is certainly involved in Yoga, it is really about creating balance and flexibility in both the body and mind. This can be done in any room in your home or apartment or anywhere else you might designate, such as your backyard or a park. We will accommodate your space so that it is most beneficial and comfortable for you.
2. Chair Massage - You will receive a comfortable, seated massage that focuses on the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands by a licensed professional. Massage in your own location has been proven to reduce everyday stress as well as boost positive feelings regarding the home environment. Seated chair massage is so non-intrusive it can easily take place in a group setting and maintain the same relaxing results.
Equipment used for the massage are specially designed, portable massage chairs of the highest quality. There is no disrobing or use of messy oils. Besides increasing relaxation and decreasing anxiety, massage lowers your blood pressure, increases circulation, relieves muscle tension, helps you to sleep better and can increase your concentration. It reduces fatigue and gives you more energy to handle stressful situations.
3. Personal Trainer - This can be either a one-on-one personal training experience or a group session by a certified Personal Trainer. Sometimes we cannot find the time to go to a gym or we just want to make it more fun by sharing the experience with friends. Your fitness level will be evaluated and then a suitable program will be set up to help you and your guests reach their fitness goals and stay motivated.
4. “Friendship” Team Building Games - Sometimes we get caught up in the everyday stresses of our personal and professional lives and this can negatively affect us and/or our relationships. These games have been developed to engage you and your friends or family members in a fun and challenging way to alleviate stress and create stronger relationship bonding. It encourages motivation, communication, compassion and cohesiveness.

6. Meditation - You are taught various techniques of meditation or what can otherwise be referred to as “conscious relaxation”. This can help an individual get beyond the conditioned “thinking” mind into a deeper state of relaxation and awareness. Through meditation we gradually improve our powers of concentration. This focus can be used to enhance our own innate abilities and other activities we engage in. Many athletes, film stars, fashion models and business executives regularly employ meditation methods and studies have found highly improved performance in all areas of their lives.
7. Energetic Healing - This type of re-balancing takes a holistic approach that looks beyond the physical to manipulating subtle energy systems where the cause of negative issues can be located.
