Sandy Pedeflous, owner of Balance on the Go began seeing the stress that her husband was under as a business owner many years ago. She noticed how the company itself seemed to go through the same cycles that he would at similar intervals. Moreover, these stress levels were inadvertently brought home. Consequently, the combination of additional personal, professional and family imbalances created unhealthy circumstances.

 

After much research and studying she learned that the state of the company and the actual sales seemed to be tied to the very people running the company. In other words she found that the relationship between the employees and their state of happiness had a direct effect on the success of the company and their profits. Additionally, she discovered that the state of a family both as an individual and a group were just as closely interconnected and that if one was out of balance, the whole would follow.

 

Sandy went on to study energetic healing, life coaching, and team building. Through trial and error she developed her own unique techniques and games to enhance employee and personal relationships as well as self-esteem. At the same time, she began to realize from working with other groups and companies, how the balancing of the physical, mental and spiritual health of all people involved could positively transform and enhance a family and/or a commercial business.

 

At first, Sandy thought about opening a center where people could go to achieve such a balance. However, after much consideration she realized that the real answer was in having a center that could travel to the actual location of its participants. This enabled the positive effects without any travel time, clothes changes or business interruption. She was able to concisely and effectively create a program that easily fits into a lunch hour or that expands into whatever timeframe is necessary. She then added chair massage therapists, yoga instructors, treasure hunts, personal trainers and other activities. The incredible combination of her team has had a profoundly positive effect on each individual and business, everywhere they have visited.
